In these uncertain times I wanted to provide reassurance about our services.

As an IT business we’re in a position where we can adapt for the changing situation and have disaster planning procedures to minimise the affect to our operation and the services provided to our customers. Following Government advice we have cancelled face to face meetings with clients, but continue to operate remotely and provide support as normal by email, telephone and online mechanisms etc.

I have been speaking with our upstream providers over the last few days and they have similarly confirmed the plans that they have in place to ensure things continue with minimal disruption. We are confident in the robust nature of our supply chain and expect no service impact.

As a small business we have always taken the stance that supporting existing customers is our priority. At present we are working on new projects as normal. As the situation changes with schools, childcare and general sickness we will continue to prioritise support issues. This may mean delays for some of the new projects we are working on and we will do our best to minimise any impact and communicate these changes with affected clients as/if and when appropriate.

On a personal note, I have the pleasure of working with customers from a wide range of industries getting an insight into the work they do. I get to see the amazing creativity, passion and entrepreneurship that exists. As a business we’re able to continue with minimal disruption but we know of others who don’t have that luxury due to the nature of what they do. My thoughts are very much with those who are impacted by the current situation. If there is anything we can do to assist during this time, please do get in touch.
